GOING GLUTEN FREE!
Gluten Free
Living gluten free has become a reality in our household since I have been diagnosed with gluten intolerance. It hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be thanks to the fact that I have other family members who also live gluten free and are willing to share tips and already-been-tested-and-approved gluten free products with me. Thanks, Cindi! :)
It hasn't even been too difficult for the rest of the family. We have found some great gluten free foods that everyone likes. Caitlyn even had a gluten free cake on her 16th birthday and was happy with it! The biggest draw-back so far has been the added stress on our grocery budget. Unfortunately, gluten free living is rather expensive. But the fact is, the way I feel has greatly improved, even in areas I wouldn't have considered, so the trade-off is absolutely worth it.
